• Upon successful payment, users get access to the enrolled course as per the specified duration.
• Course access is non-transferable and cannot be shared with third parties.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Razorpay and other secure gateways.
• We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Payment confirmation is sent via email/SMS after a successful transaction.
• If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, users must contact us at hello@geekfactory.in within 72 hours with transaction details.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital courses, we do not offer refunds once access is granted.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment), refunds will be processed at the Company's discretion.
• Users must raise a refund request within 7 days of payment with valid proof.
• The refund process may take 7-14 business days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, including videos, PDFs, training materials, and resources, is intellectual property of AAIE.in.
• Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited.
• Violators may face legal action under applicable copyright laws.

7. User Conduct

By using AAIE.in, you agree:

• Not to misuse the platform for fraudulent activities or illegal purposes.
• Not to engage in hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate behavior within community discussions.
• Not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the website.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or user errors affecting access to courses.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or success from course participation.
• The maximum liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course.

• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay, which complies with PCI-DSS security standards.
• We do not store or share sensitive payment details.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Punjab, India.
