Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
No, refunds are not provided if you are not satisfied with a course.
At AAIE.in, all course sales are final due to the immediate access to digital content. However, refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
✔ Duplicate Payment – If you were charged twice for the same course.
✔ Transaction Failure – If the payment was deducted but the transaction failed.
✔ Course Not Delivered – If access is not granted within 24 hours and remains unresolved for 7 days.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at hello@geekfactory.in within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
