At AAIE.in, we are committed to providing transparent, fair, and competitive pricing for our online coaching programs. This Pricing Policy outlines the structure, terms, and conditions related to course fees, payment methods, and applicable charges.
1. PRICING STRUCTURE
Our courses are priced based on their content, duration, and level of mentorship. Current pricing is as follows:
- Level 1 – Fundamentals of Exports: ₹5,000 + GST
- Level 2 – In-depth Training & Mentorship: ₹54,000 + GST
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes and processing fees.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
We offer secure payment options through Razorpay and other trusted gateways. Users can pay via:
✔ Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, etc.)
✔ Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
✔ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
✔ Mobile Wallets
✔ EMI & No-Cost EMI (Available for selected courses via Razorpay)
All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your card details.
3. TAXES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- GST (Goods & Services Tax) is applicable on all course fees as per Indian tax regulations.
- Any processing fees from banks or payment providers are borne by the user.
- International students may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by their banks.
4. PRICING CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify course prices at any time without prior notice. However, users who have already enrolled in a course will not be affected by price changes.
Discounts, offers, or promotional pricing may be available for a limited period and cannot be claimed retroactively.
5. NO HIDDEN FEES
We maintain full transparency in our pricing. The total course fee, including GST and any applicable charges, will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges once payment is made.
6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable as per our Cancellations & Refunds Policy.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of duplicate payments, failed transactions, or non-delivery of course access.
- Users must request refunds within 7 days of the transaction by emailing hello@geekfactory.in.

Is there a refund policy if I am not satisfied with a course?
No, refunds are not provided if you are not satisfied with a course.
At AAIE.in, we offer immediate access to digital content, making all sales final. However, refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
✔ Duplicate Payment – If you were charged twice for the same course.
✔ Transaction Failure – If the payment was deducted but the transaction failed.
✔ Course Not Delivered – If access is not granted within 24 hours and remains unresolved for 7 days.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at hello@geekfactory.in within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Are there any discounts available for multiple course enrollments?
Currently, AAIE.in does not offer automatic discounts for multiple course enrollments. However, we may provide:
